ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLY & TEST
Evermuch services range from PCB assembly (SMT / Through-hole), electronic assembly or sub-assembly, functional tests, reliability tests, compliance certification and product packaging. We can work with multi-layer PCBs, placing SMT components down to 0201 in size, all PCB assembly utilises lead free solder and componentry ensuring full ROHS compliance.
CUSTOM CABLES AND HARNESSES
With more than three decades of excellence in creating custom cables and wiring harnesses across multiple and diverse industries, Evermuch’s engineering team has the time proven capability to assist with the most complex designs, incl. custom over moulding and sealed assemblies. We have internationally recognised ISO13485 certification and produce bespoke medical cables for a number of prestigious medical device companies.
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING
Evermuch continues to make substantial investments in injection moulding equipment, we offer numerous options to suit customer requirements, incl. a 650T Haitian press, a 360T two-colour machine and specialised Sumitomo injection machines for transparent products. From ABS to PMMA to TPV, and virtually every plastic compound in between, Evermuch possesses the technical expertise and experience to deliver components that meet our clients' exact specifications.
